What is JSLB?

What is JSLB?
The Junior Service League of Beaufort (JSLB) is an organization of women committed to helping the women, children and families in Beaufort and Jasper counties through volunteering, fundraising and grants. Our organization also strives to teach women leadership skills and offers an opportunity to work among like-minded women.

How We Make a Difference
JSLB serves the entire Beaufort County community through service, fundraising and grants. Throughout the years our members serve non-profits such as Child Abuse Protection Agency (CAPA), Hopeful Horizon, Good Neighbor Medical Clinic, Habitat for Humanity and many more. Additionally, we have spring and fall fundraisers that allow us to raise money that is granted out to local non-profits that have a similar mission and vision as JSLB. Your help in supporting our fundraisers allow us to truly make a strong difference by funding programs for non-profits. During our 2022-2023 League year, we granted $25,000.

Our Mission
The Junior Service League of Beaufort is an organization of women committed to promoting volunteerism. Membership in the JSLB offers an opportunity to build meaningful relationships with others who share a desire to give back to our community. Through the talents of our diverse membership we will support and enrich the lives of women, children and families in our community. Together we have a greater impact than we do individually.
